Banana Bread with almond ground

  • 2-3 very ripe bananas, peeled (pisang matang)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar (atau tidak pakai gula +1 pisang saja)
  • 1 egg (atau egg replacer)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup almond ground


  1. Pamaskan oven suhu 175′,
  2. siapkan loyang dengan dioles minyak.
  3. hancurkan pisang dengan garpu, sampai halus, campurkan olive oil.
  4. campurkan baking soda, dan seasalt, tambahkan gula (bila pakai), telur (atau egg replacer), vanila dan aduk rata dengan tepung dan almond ground.

English Version:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), and oil a 4×8-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth. Stir the olive oil into the mashed bananas.
  3. Mix in the baking soda and sea salt. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla. Mix in the flour & almond ground.
  4. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 175°C, or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove from oven and cool completely on a rack. Remove the banana bread from the pan. Slice and serve.
