Today we decided to eat some pasta, a healthy one at that! And if you’re vegan, don’t worry, this recipe is for you because it’s vegan mac & cheese! Let’s start!
Ingredients:
Vegan Cheese:
- 125 gr Kentang Rebus
- 125 gr Wortel Rebus
- 60 ml olive oil.
- 60 ml non-dairy milk
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1½ tsp Tepung Umbi Garut
- ½ tsp garlic powder (atau sesuai selera)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp sea salt
Mac n Cheese:
- 125 gr Orgran Macaroni (atau sesuai selera)
- 1 sdt Sea Salt (atau sesuai selera)
- Vegan Cheese
- Herbs Sprinkle
Cara Membuat:
- Campurkan semua bahan vegan cheese ke dalam blender makanan
- Blender hingga semua bahan merata, menghasilkan tekstur seperti saus keju
- Masak pasta hingga aldente
- Buang air rebusannya, lalu masak bersama vegan cheese
- Tambahkan garam untuk menambah rasa
- Sajikan, sprinkle with herbs sprinkle!
