Instant oat, Chia seed, Sunflower seed, Pumpkin seed, Beetroot powder, Cranberry, Gojiberry, Raisin, Blueberry.
How to Make:
- Pour mixy into a bowl, or a glass, you choose
- Pour your favorite kind of milk too. If you want it warm and instant, use hot milk. If you want it cold in the morning, use regular or cold milk.
- Mix it all in
- Serve directly if you want it hot. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight if you want it cold.
