experience:

• rinse the sponge in warm water until it is fully soft.
• gently massage the face or body in circular motion all over.
• no cleanser or soap needed.
• should you want to use with cleanser or soap, the sponge will generate more bubbles & spread the cleanser further than usual.
• put the sponge into the water and press gently by two hands for rinsing the sponge, please do not wring it!
• discard if damaged or worn out.
